"The pool and hot tub were great. The beach is a little hike, but secluded. Although there was fishing going on, which isn't allowed and non- residents/ renters were present, it was nice. The main restaurant (Tides) was only open from 4pm to 8pm. The outdoor bar/ restaurant was closed. We were told the bar/ restaurant near the beach opened at 11am, but it was closed as well. The only place open with food in the whole resort was the cafe. The one employee working there did not know how to make the coffees requested. The food available was wrapped breakfast sandwiches, muffins, etc. Ten people were in line with one server. Upon arrival, I as assigned a room in the farthest building away. I went to open the door and the key didn't work. I went back to rekey only to find the room they assigned was different from what I paid for. I hiked back to the desk again and was finally reassigned the right room. By this time, the restaurant was closed. The staff was professional, but few. Although the sales desk trying to sell the time shares was fully staffed until late. Go figure. If i had a time share there and the full resort amenities were closed, i would not be happy. "

"Room was clean, well kept, staff service was excellent, parking was good and accessible, one critique the Building entrance street sign was not well lit at night, the bar was well kept and clean though the piano could use a cleaning and tuning service. overall excellent. 5* for attentive staff. "

"Well...the ice machine on our floor was out of order so had to go up 2 floors for ice which wasn't terrible until the elevator also went down so had to take stairs and it was down all weekend. The bulk shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers were either empty or solid as couldn't get anything out of them. The shower dripped constantly.The breakfast area was always clean and food kept coming but was not very hot. "
