What we liked: great location, comfortable bed and well-appointed room - really clean. Having a mineral water dispenser on each floor is a great idea and allowed us to refill our water bottles daily with safe drinking water. What we didn't like: On arrival, the Receptionist on duty was unfriendly, bordering on rude - simple questions were met with curt and unhelpful responses - which way to our room, was met with a hand gesture towards the stairs. Every other staff member was friendly and helpful, including the security/porter/maintenance man.

Great hotel. Good price.

First room the toilet wouldnt flush and second the shower leaked. In both cases they changed my room quickly. They are very nice. Front door was kept locked at night for added security. I will stay here again. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff are the best.

Decent price and and a comfortable room. One slight gripe I had was being charged 100 pesos for my key breaking in the lock. It wasn't my fault it broke as substandard metal was used when cutting the key, which was clearly evident by the break. Not a lot of money but principle. The receptionist who dealt with me stopped talking to me after I complained about it, and did say it would lead to a somewhat negative review. A little too officious for my liking.
Could charged 100 pesos for 'breaking' what was clearly a fake Yale key made of substandard material. Whilst others might simply have paid the small, I couldn't on principle. It simply snapped in the lock

Definitely best bang for your buck. Hot water, clean rooms. Restaurant next door open 24hrs.
