"The hotel seemed very old but well taken care of. The floors creaked and the elevator was very small which added to its charm. Although there was no pool, bar, or free breakfast, there was a sports bar next door that had the best cappuccino. The hotel also had a restaurant attached to it but it was too expensive for my taste even though they included a 10% off coupon. The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed there pre and post cruise and during my first stay, I had a room facing a busy street so it was very noisy. My second stay was much quieter."

"The property was beautiful and the staff extremely helpful. Not only were they helpful, but sincerely friendly and gracious. The location was good and the room so comfortable. My only criticism, is that the connected casino waives parking for guests spending $50 for the night. The hotel charges $55 a night. I wish I had known that since I had been playing at the casino nightly. When I asked them if they could honor this, the answer was a very polite…NO."

"I had a room that included its own private bathroom. It was very clean, well-appointed and a safe place to stay. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but that was the only real downside. The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. The location was great for going to Rogers Arena for a concert and having food/drink options nearby."
