"We chose this hotel because it was advertised as pet friendly, and we were told in advance that pets should not be left alone for long periods, with a local dog sitter service recommended for longer outings. As this was our babymoon getaway, we wanted to make sure everything went smoothly and followed the hotel’s guidance carefully by arranging the hotel-recommended dog sitter so our dog was supervised the entire time we were out. Despite this, we later received complaints about barking when guests walked past the room, and only after that were we sent a much stricter pet registration form that had not been clearly communicated during booking or check-in. When reviewing the hotel website, I could not find the same wording or level of detail in their published pet policy. The timing made it feel more like a warning than a supportive, solution-focused approach, especially since we had already arranged the hotel-recommended dog sitter and were actively trying to be responsible pet guests. To be fair, the hotel later clarified that the barking occurred mainly when guests walked past the door and noted that “these things happen.” However, the experience left us feeling quite stressed and overly cautious for the rest of our stay, especially given the high-traffic location near the elevator. The hotel itself is lovely, but it may not be the most relaxed option for dog owners, particularly for dogs sensitive to hallway activity."

"We came down for the Longweekend and really enjoyed our stay. The jet tub in our room was great, our family loved it. Our room was clean and bed was comfy. The hotel is central to everything in the village. The hotel attendants were nice and friendly. We will definitely come back and stay here again when were back in town."

"Lack of convenience store after 7pm to buy milk for breakfast. Lack of office table in room to work on laptop and also lack of usb c wall sockets. Also restaurant was not accessible through interior door meaning we had to go out in Rain to get there."

"Nice grassy property with ample parking and outside had beautiful flower baskets. The family room rented was little smaller than expected but turned out perfectly for us 3 girls. Everything was clean and tidy as well. Exterior deceiving. Check in staff could have had a bit more excitement to greet guests, however, nice. Staff gal in morning before office opened was personable and gave us ideas for breakfast. Oh, and the hotel is in short walking distance to a Thai restaurant with great food. Will stay here again when up in that area."
