We loved the property in Summit Fields Sunsets. Plenty of space for a reunion of high school friends (Class of ‘71–Go Wildcats). The deck provided a perfect place to talk, share memories and enjoy the sunsets.

Great place to relax!

What a great house, and our interaction with Jill was great! We have some fragrance sensitivities, and when I contacted Jill to see what we should expect, she went over and above trying to help make sure that wasn't going to be an issue. The house itself was perfect for our family of 11, in a quiet neighborhood, with an amazing view. Lots of attention to quality detail, nothing felt cheap or fake, but well made or well thought out. We didnt get to enjoy the back deck area, because it was cold, but it would be oerfect for spring or summer outdoor time! Thanks again, Jill!

Loved our stay here

We loved our stay at this home. Our extended family met here for a post-Christmas family gathering and this house was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the living room and eating spaces handled our large group. I highly recommend this property and the host was very helpful and communicated well. Well kept and extremely clean.

4 Generations

We enjoyed this house so much! It was very comfortable and well appointed. Jill thought of everything! She was prompt with responding to any questions we had. We brought our pups and she even had homemade dog treats for them!! We were in town to visit our new grand baby and brought the great grand parents along as well. We had 4 generations together for the first time! A very special trip!

Amazing long term stay

This home was perfect for us. Spotless, comfortable, and truly felt like home away from home. We needed a local rental to stay in for several weeks during a home repair and Jill was very accommodating. I’d recommend this home to anyone looking for a short or long term rental in the area. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The back yard was so peaceful. Close proximity to everything you could need.

Wonderful long term stay

We are local to Ooltewah and had to find somewhere to host us long term while our home was under repair from a leak. Jill happily accommodated us and made us feel comfortable and welcome in her home. The neighborhood is very friendly and easily walkable. The home is very clean, well stocked, and has all the comforts of home. We were happy to have this local haven during such a stressful time. Jill is a great communicator and really cares about her guests and her home.

Family get together

Our family of four adults was visiting Chattanooga for a family gathering. We chose this property due to its size and location. It is roughly 3 miles from Hamilton Mall with easy access to I75.The house is beautiful and extremely well appointed. It is very clean and super comfortable. The large deck would be super in warmer weather! The hosts were easy to work with and very attentive. Overall we were extremely pleased and the property is outstanding! Would highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Stay

This is a well-appointed home: coffee bar, perfect pans for cooking, lots of space to gather, and plenty of room for multiple people to sleep. The deck and backyard and beautiful! There is even room to pull into the garage and play basketball in the driveway. Highly recommend!

The Best!

I am a church youth pastor. Four years ago, I started a tradition of taking a weekend trip with our youth group to a nearby city. We have now done, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Chattanooga. I always secure a property for a girls' house and another for a boys' house. This property hosted our boys' house this past weekend for our fun trip to Chattanooga. Out of the 8 properties I have reserved over the past four years, this is easily the best one we have stayed at. It was immaculately cleaned. The bedrooms and bathrooms easily accommodated all ten of us. The house was VERY spacious and yet, somehow made things feel very cozy. The master suite was ESPECIALLY amazing... the bathroom was probably bigger than my entire bedroom suite at my personal home. I especially appreciated the efforts the property owners had made to make sure the property was welcoming and well-stocked with amenities that made you feel spoiled. The only thing that was less-than-ideal (and this is being very nitpicky) was the lack of space between houses in the neighborhood. The property is about 30 or so minutes from some of the fun in downtown Chattanooga (Aquarium, museums) and about the same to Lookout Mtn attractions. If your main objective is to do all those things, you can probably find somewhere a little closer to those big attractions. But I guarantee you you wont find a nicer one. And the property contacts won't be nearly as kind, prompt, or helpful. 10/10. 5 stars. Would 100% book this property again.

Beautiful, spacious home with a view.

Great home, with lots of space and beds for a larger group. Hosts went out of their way to ensure our convenience and comfort. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood with nice views out back. Thanks for letting us enjoy your wonderful home!
