"We (2 adults and 2 kids) had a pleasant stay at Stumpfields. It is 500 meters above Ooty town and within half an hour driving distance. This picturesque place is quiet, serene and well-maintained. "The rooms are clean and spacious. Everything else is stretched : the staff and the amenities. There is no view of the hills or any outside view. Just rooms Amenities are just a tick in the box. All make shift. A store room has been converted into the Table tennis room. Similar for the pool and other activities. The restaurant / cafe is too small. Gets overcrowded and cannot even walk inside .I paid around 14 k for a room per night. No value for the money I paid"
