Riviera Blue - Apartment RED with sea view, balcony, hot tub and private parking

In our new house, we have three beautiful apartments, all with sea view, balcony, private parking and private hot tub. For our guests, we offer a spacious garden with a barbeque area as well as sun beds and sun umbrellas. We live in a quiet part of the town Opatija called Opric where you can enjoy the peace, the threes, the stars, the birds, and the fresh air.
The very spacious apartment RED, 70 m2 is meant for 4 Persons, but you can rent it also just for the two of you. It consists of two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, cozy living room with red sofa, armchair, tv, w-lan, dining room with table for 6 and red kitchen with coffee machine, cattle, stove, dishwasher, fridge with deep fridge and all the utensils needed.
On one of the balconies, there is a dining table and on the other one, there is a lounge with your private hot tub. Sunbeds are nearby in the garden and/or on the balcony. For your car there is a private parking space directly in front of the house. There is also a station for your electric car.
800 Meters from our house, there is a beautiful beach as well as a supermarket, pharmacy and a restaurant. 5 Minutes by car or 25 minutes walking you can reach the old town of Lovran with a small market, fish market, butcher and coffee shops. For dining there are restaurants, pubs, pizzerias and fast food. Along the sea we have a beautiful sea promenade, 12 km long that connects Lovran, Ika, Icici, Opatija and Volosko. In Opatija you can enjoy the crowd and night life. You can reach it by bus, car or taxi. Further beaches are in Lovran, Medveja and Moscenicka Draga. All of them pebble beaches with crystal clear water.
