"Lack of English-speaking personnel, no black tea available at breakfast or in the lobby, no sanitary bag/vanity material in the room, no slippers in the room, only one nightstand next to the queen bed, the remote control was not working, and I was unable to explain my needs to the receptionist in English. A nicely decorated and new hotel, with personnel who are polite but cannot speak at least a few words of English. I recommend Garbo restaurant for dinner in the hotel."

"The hotel and staff were very nice and the room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Our only complaint is that the elevators are quite slow when many guests are headed to breakfast, and there would sometimes be a 7 minute wait for an elevator. We would definitely stay here again! "
