"We arrived in Zurich before our check in time. The hotel stored our luggage safely! When we returned that evening to check in to our room, we were told that the room had two separate twin beds. They asked if we would like for housekeeping to come make them up together. Housekeeping arrived very promptly and made up our bed for us! They also provided us with an electric kettle that worked when I mentioned ours was not working! The next morning, we caught the shuttle to the airport with no problem. There was a small fee per person for the shuttle. The only difficulty we had was working the thermostat. It got quite warm in our room overnight. We finally just turned it off and were comfortable."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean and convenient from the airport. If you’re going into town Ubers are very easy to call or you can take the tram (stop located down the street). It is a bit away from town but it was very easy to get to and overall a very good stay! "Absolutely one of the best affordable hotels in Zurich and centrally located and few minutes walk from central station. Very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the receptionists Martina for accommodating me to check in early as soon as the room was available , and also to Mac who let me use the warm lobby for few hours after checked out before my late flight . Both have great customer service . Will definitely come back and book this hotel again probably in summer . "
