"They met and exceeded our expectations! For reference we stayed 5 days 4 nights with 8 people (myself, my husband, our son, his wife, their 6 month old son, and our 3 daughters) Upon arrival eveything was exactly as shown in the pictures (nicer and more spacious in my opinion) I was so thrilled to find out that the bunk bed was actually a full size mattress on top and bottom making it much more accommodating for my pre teen, teen & young adult daughters to share. Parking was great there was one...

"The room was good. The floor was dirty when we went in but they came and cleaned it for me the next day. They need more hooks to hang towels, swimsuits etc. The breakfast was really good! The pool needs maintenance. A lot of loose concrete and missing concrete in and around the pool. Nice views though but very limited seating. Elevators were quick. There were lots of great places walkable to eat and shop. I would stay again."

"We enjoyed every part of this hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and hot and the laundry, workout room and parking were all in a great location near our room. Each morning we enjoyed the wonderful view of the beach and ocean along side the pool and hot tub area from our room. I will book again next year."

"Make sure you bring extra TP, dish soap and paper towels. I for sure thought we would have more than one roll of TP for the week. The shower is tiny. It was very clean and homey. We loved the pool and it being right at beach. It was kind of hard to remember all the codes. But we managed it. All in all a great stay!"

"Terrible tenia mi reservacion pagada llegando al lugar me dijieron que mi resrvacion no estaba les mostre mis confirmaciones primero no sabian de quien era la unidad que me habian rentado no esncontraban ala persona encargada de esa unidad cuando me dieron el numero de contacto llame y me dijieron que esa unidad habia sido rentada dias antes de que llo la rentara entonces me dijieron que esa unidad se habia sobrevendido y no me solucionaron nada!!!! Pesimo servicio de esta propiedad no lo...

"It wasnt very clean bedding seemed dirty and kids socks were in the bed so obviously they werent washed contacted hoosteeva and they offered a housekeeper but i wasnt waiting around for someone to clean so i washed them which is not what i wanted to do after trveling all day. Attention to. Small details would be a plus. Missed handles and not enough dishes for our party of 5 not silverware. Could use a little additional dishsoap orlaundry soap and tp. It wasnt enough for 5 days after constantly...

"We received a confirmation and then at 2am the day before check in they sent an email cancellation of confirmation because they couldn’t find a maid service??? Joke, we had to scramble to find a place to stay that day 15 hrs from home…… nightmare. Thanks "
