The kitchen features granite counter bar with 4 bar stools and dining table seats 6. Cook up a storm in the well-stocked cook’s kitchen. The master bedroom features plus King bed, 40-inch flat screen and private master bathroom with tub/shower. The oversized guest bedroom features 2 Queen beds and 40-inch flat screen smart TV. You will enjoy 4-star hotel quality amenities and linens. A hall bathroom for guest bath features tub/shower.

Inside the balcony closet you will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach umbrellas. In season - beach chair service is provided by Shelley's Beach Service for a fee. Bring your rods and reels (or use ours) and catch some of the Gulf’s finest seafood. Crab trap also provided.

Condo is well equipped with fluffy towels, starter amenities: soap, shampoo, lotion, Keurig pods, laundry and dishwasher detergent pods, toilet paper and paper towels. Coffee filters and beach towels are also provided.

***Parking passes must be purchased in advance of arrival online through HOA Website at $62 per pass per 7 day stay. Parking instructions will be provided upon booking. Minimum renter age is 22.
