Awesome Orange Beach Trip!

T. Pittman, 7-17-23 We had a blast! The location was simply perfect. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. The beach access was perfect. Walmart being located just a very short distance away is perfect. Being centrally located to water activities, restaurants and shopping is perfect. Will definitely be back!!!

Great beachfront condo

We loved this condo! Great views of the ocean from the 12th floor. Lots of fun building amenities. Beach is very accessible. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed to relax for the week. Beds are a little hard, but other than that no complaints!

Couldn't be better!

The location was perfect. The beach and the views were wonderful. The amenities of the complex were great and clinched the deal for us (can't spend all day in the sun). The pool was nice and large; plenty of room for lots of people. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy and smooth. The condo itself was well stocked and very clean; it had everything we needed (as well as beach toys!). Loved it!

This condo was very nice. It was convenient to restaurants. Swimming pool was large. Personnel came to check on us to make sure everything was working. Just a really good experience. Condo kitchen was well stocked with everything you would possibly need. Would have preferred an electric can opener but that was only fault.

Excellent Stay

We have stayed at different Phoenix VI condos for years but this one was our favorite. The place was clean, very comfortable bedding, and had all the amenities at our home away from home for the week! We will certainly be back.

The condo was very clean and well appointed with a wonderful view of the Gulf. It is on the twelfth floor which was perfect for the view and easily accessible with four fast elevators. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We will be back.

Host was great at communicating and answering a few questions I had. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Great view and is exactly like it’s pictured. Pool was a tad chilly outside but plenty of chairs around pool and short walk directly to the beach was nice for our girls to walk while we enjoyed the balcony views. Room was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Had a great week and would return again in the future.

Great location. Right on the beach. Super clean and had the best stock of cookware, silverware, cups, glasses and dinnerware of any VRBO I've ever stayed in. Would HIGHLY reccomend.

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved everything about this property. The location was ideal. We were concerned about being on the 12th floor but there were plenty of elevators and no wait time to use one. The property was very clean and the property management company was superb with their communication process. highly recommend this property for a relaxing family getaway.

Wonderful Experience

We loved this condo for our girls trip! It was clean and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances needed for our trip. The view of the water was beautiful and we really enjoyed the balcony off of the living room and the one off of the master bedroom. The boardwalk from the pool was a quick walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the pool! We would love to stay here again next time!!

Nice condo

The condo is nice and updated. It is maintained well and clean. Two of the elevators were not working so it took some time standing in line to get up and down from the 12th floor. Also, parking is 55.00 per vehicle and I thought that was a little steep for the area.

Nice Getaway!

The location and view were great! The condo was clean but the floors could have been cleaner. Candy wrappers still behind the table in the living room. The price to park is a little steep. ($55 per car) Should have been included in the fees and price already paid!
