Three BBQ grills are located right near the covered deck area with picnic tables. The complex has covered parking, with two vehicles allowed per unit. One parking pass included in rental total. Condo is conveniently located close to golf, state park, grocery stores, discount shopping, restaurants, water/amusement parks, and fast food. Lyft drivers more prevalent in the area than Uber. The City of Gulf Shores operates a drop-off recycling facility at 160 W. 36th Avenue. All items must be sorted into the proper bins.
