  • **Balcony project at this complex beginning September 8th, 2026 and lasting until May 14th, 2027. Construction activities all over the property will generate noise, vibration, and dust. The outdoor pool and Splash Pad will be closed in the Winter months**

    This Phoenix V condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bbq-ing.



    Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. We also have a Queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 4. The kitchen is fully equipped to make any meal. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



    Our condo is located perfectly on the 3rd floor, not a far walk from the elevators. Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!



    Your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.



    Parking: You must purchase your parking pass upon arrival, it is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 1br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase one parking pass, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

We enjoyed our stay. We had some issues with cleaning due to a short turnaround time. The host was very responsive and attentive to the issues. The property is in a great location.

The place was great! The only thing that I would recommend is to bring hand soap, dishwashing soap, clothes washing soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and shampoo. Some VEBO’s have the soap/body wash/conditioner in the shower. Knowing this now will make next times visit easier!

Cute condo & beautiful view! But the bed wasn’t comfortable. Also, they only provided 1 hand towel and 4 towels for a six night stay. Maybe that would have been okay for a one or two night stay. The outdoor pool was closed for our first four nights.

Excellent location

Very clean. Close to everything you could possibly need from restaurants to grocery stores and gas stations. Perfect location. Short walk to the beach we loved it

Our senior getaway

From the moment we opened the door and saw the awesome view of the beach and gulf, we knew that we had made the right choice. After the initial impact of the gorgeous beach, we then looked around and found ourselves in this perfect living environment. The condo was the perfect vacation paradise.

Great family vacation spot !

Safe location, great view of the ocean and pool area! We saw dolphins swimming in the ocean from our balcony multiple days! Great area for food, fun activities such as arcades, mini golf, shopping, and so many beautiful beaches! It was our 1st time to Orange Beach/Gulf Shore area and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful renovated condo!

This condo was amazing from checkin to check out. The building has lots of extras of you want to use them, the view from the balcony was gorgeous, and the condo is perfect getaway. Condo was clean and the location was key for getting to all the restaurants and things to do quickly. We enjoyed being able to easily use the tv, and comfy couch, and we slept great on the bed. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Very clean condo, but Phoenix V is showing its age. We appreciated the high quality outdoor furniture, comfortable and clean living room furniture. Bed was noisy, one could not roll over or get out of the bed without waking the other. Kitchen well stocked, everything in working order. Easy access down the stairs to parking lot, pool, and beach. Overall a fine stay and would recommend for those desiring the close proximity to the beach.

Excellent condo!

This condo is perfect! Updated and clean, furnishings are all good. That little tiny blow dryer in the bathroom was the best! Towels could be a little more plush, but they did the job. On the third floor so it had a great view! Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean. Minor complaints.

Everything was great, very clean and as described. Only complaint is toilet seat slides around, needs securing, and mechanism for turning on shower and/ or tub is really hard to figure out and hard to operate. Recomment replacing it with simpler style people are familiar with. Otherwise we loved it and had a great stay.

We were locked out of our unit for the entire last day of our stay because the host changed the keypad code without notifying us. We called multiple times throughout the day, tried several extensions, and only reached voicemail. Despite leaving multiple messages, we never received a return call.Our only option was to repeatedly go to the front desk to obtain a temporary emergency code every time we needed to enter the unit. It’s worth noting that the front desk has no access to unit door codes and cannot troubleshoot issues with privately managed units, so guests are completely dependent on Phoenix Properties for support. Based on our experience, their phone system led only to voicemail with no response.Late that evening, we finally received an email that simply said, “Try this code.” There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt at service recovery.The unit itself was clean but dated. The televisions use an older DISH/Smart TV interface, and the property’s amenities also feel overdue for updates. The fitness room, for example, consisted of only a handful of aging machines that looked like they had been there for decades.The beach is beautiful, and the unit met our basic needs. Unfortunately, poor communication and a complete lack of customer service overshadowed the positives.I would recommend choosing a different property or, at the very least, a different management company.

Beautiful condo.

Window coverings would help. It’s very bright when it’s sunny. I think they put the wrong sized top sheet on the bed because it barely covered the mattress. Everything else was fantastic.
