Emerald Key 203 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo with amazing Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor. Enjoy the sounds of the pool waterfall mixed with the waves crashing into the beach!

• Access to the wrap-around balcony is from the living room and the third guest bedroom

• Carpet is in the bedrooms and tile flooring is throughout the remainder of the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four, and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a jetted garden tub in the private bathroom

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to the private balcony

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. First-come, first-served basis.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Beautiful location

This is exactly what we wanted! This was a perfect location to be on the beach and near the attractions. You could see a beautiful sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We had a great time and will be back!

Family Beach Vacation

This unit was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and easy access to the beach. We loved being on the 2nd floor and still able to see the beach/ocean view. We were close to restaurants and other attractions, but loved being able to have family game time each night. We would definitely choose this place again.

The place was clean and overall was a good place to rent. The main area was different than the pictures shown, however it wasn't a problem. The balcony did not have any tall chairs like the picture shows so you may be eye level with the railing. I would stay there again and it was nice being on the second floor. Also, you could hear the elevator when it was being used. Not sure what that was about. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great Weather, great customer service provided through VRBO

The place had dirty floors and windows. We were left 1 trash bag, one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one thing for one load of dishes in dishwasher, no soap at all for sink. The place was furnished very nicely and the linens were clean and fresh. We will stay here again preferably with more provisions. The view and location was exceptional. Our only complaint was the cleaning provisions and cleanliness of the floors and windows.

Nice stay

The beds are the only thing that we were not thrilled with. All of our group felt like they could get better mattresses or an extra pad to make the beds more comfortable. The only other concern we had was several nights there were people - children I think-in the pool until WAY after 10:00!! We were on the second floor and it was VERY loud. Not sure how to solve this unless people follow the rules.

This property was just right. Only a 6 floor building. The condo was large. It felt like a palace with only 2 of us lol. Beach access took 2 mins to walk to and the view from the patio was fantastic...and the patio was very large. I would stay there again

Short Getaway

Property is close to restaurants and activities. Building was a little dated and we needed to ask for blankets. There was only one for a 3 bedroom unit. Kuddos to the staff who got us in before our scheduled check-in! Listing said bypass front desk. There was no front desk!

Great location, great view but needs some updating and refreshing in condo.

This was a great condo. The location was awesome. We really enjoyed sitting out on our balcony enjoying the view. The unit itself needs quite a bit of updating, carpet replaced, furniture is worn out. TV in bedroom wasn’t good furniture outdated. Didn’t like the fact could not lock the sliding doors they definitely need replacing! The kitchen could use a little extra care. This could be a really nice condo with a little makeover. We did enjoy our stay! Thank you

Had a problem with rain blowing in at entrance door. We had to wade through water to go to our car on two different days. Needs a drain to remove water. We were there for a wedding and so the water at the door was a problem. After the rain ended the water stayed for a very long time. Condo was amazing but secondary tub needs updating.

Great condo had almost everything you could need. I say almost because we all needed an extra blanket for the beds but couldn’t find any. Small issue but it won’t keep me from coming back!!
