This 1BR/1BA condo on the eighth floor provides spectacular views of the white sandy beaches from your private balcony, while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Beautifully remodeled with new stainless appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with flatscreen tv; one full bathroom with linens provided; two bunks in the hallway; living room equipped with large flatscreen and sofa sleeper with beautiful views of the beach through the sliding glass doors; kitchen fully equipped with all new stainless appliances including oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, perfect for a night of cooking after a day spent on the beach; Washer and dryer in the unit and Free WIFI throughout

This condo is perfect in every way. It was easy to find, clean and comfortable with all the necessary items and provided an excellent view of the beach and the ocean. The owners, the Newman's, are very nice people. I will definitely stay here again!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. It was in a location close to all the best eating spots, the beach was easy to access and wasn’t crowded at all. The condo was neat, clean and had the best view of the beach. We will definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I for a long weekend getaway for his birthday. It’s close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We loved getting up and having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Steps away from laying out on the beach was nice for lazy afternoons.

Home Sweet Condo!

We stayed for a long weekend and LOVED our stay. We had a beautiful view for our morning coffee, comfortable linens and beds for great sleep, stocked kitchen for cooking meals, AND access to a smart TV for family movie night. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with owners was also 100% and left no questions unanswered!

Look…this place is small but it’s honestly perfect for a couple (or a couple and a small child). The location is perfect. The view is perfect. Because it is small, you really don’t have a lot to maintain while you’re there. I have zero complaints.

Comfortable and clean beach getaway

The smaller size of the condo building, proximity to dining and shopping, and the easy access to the beach make this a great beach getaway. Great beach for walking and sunbathing. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella from the rental service in front of the condo since the two chairs available at the unit were more camping style chairs. We definitely enjoyed our vacation and would return again.

Our stay at the Newman's place was outstanding. Great view from the 8th floor balcony for the sunrise! The bed was great too! Short walk to the beach. Our favorite place to eat was almost close enough to walk Doc's Seafood and Steaks. Everything was close by and easy to get to. We will likely stay here again!

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed in this condo. The condo is adorable. The bed is extremely comfortable. The building is quiet and well kept. The pool is the perfect size for our toddler. The proximity to the beach is extremely convenient. We will definitely be back!
