Visiting golfers will want to check out the courses at Craft Farms and the Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, bot located within 12 miles of this rental. For shopping, dining, and live entertainment, you can't go wrong with a visit to the Wharf, just six miles away, or SanRoc Cay Marina, less than three miles up the coast. And if you want to get out on the water, arrange a fishing excursion through Zeke's Landing Marina, only two miles from your rental. Explore all that Orange Beach has to offer!

THINGS TO KNOW
This complex will be undergoing concrete repairs ending May 26th and resuming mid September. Guests will be impacted daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. There may be instances where balconies are closed. Stairways and walkways may similarly be involved in construction/maintenance.
The pool hours are from 8am - 10pm.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The home is nicely decorated and has all the things you need even down to a tea pitcher. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views. We noticed when we arrived the living room remote was missing and Vacasa was quick to send someone out with a new one right away. This is our first rental from Vacasa and I was super impressed and will be booking with them again.

The time at the beach and condo was amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again. Great location. Loved the easy access not having to deal with front desk people. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Would recommend!!!

Location was great and the overall facilities were well kept; we noticed maintenance on the grounds cleaning daily. The unit had a great view and space in unit was good. However, the carpet & floors always felt damp and the bathroom towels never completely dried. Had a great time during our stay and the beds were comfortable.

We loved our stay in this condo. It is nicely decorated, kitchen was well stocked, very spacious. The balcony was our favorite. It was very large and had great views. Our only issue was the dryer was broken during our stay. We called about it and they sent someone right away but part had to be ordered. Communication was great. The property was well maintained. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Great location on the beach and layout. Unfortunately, the internet kept going out and we had to reset the router several times. The floors were covered in sand upon our arrival. The toilet in the master bath would not flush without taking the top off to get the tank to fill. Needs some maintenance and a good cleaning.

Let me start by saying we've stayed at many Vacasa properties and have been very pleased. I'll list the Pros and Cons of Windward Pointe 703... PROS: -Good location. Near just about everything -Good sized condo -Large balcony CONS: -Sofa cushions are flipped to hide how dirty/stained they are -Ice maker apparently doesn't work. Luckily, this was a quick trip so we just bought a bag of ice -Balcony furniture has paint peeling -Balcony not clean. Small piles of sand and food -2nd bath tub faucet leaks but doesn't make any annoying noise I sent Vacasa an initial cleanliness review when we first arrived via their text but, unfortunately, it was before I noticed the above issues.

This condo was great! Great balcony. The problem we had was with Vacasa. Our check in was at 4pm and when we checked in none of the beds were made, no towels, no toilet paper, no trash can liners, no amenity kit. By 8:30 that night FINALLY everything was done. But then the next day, the dryer knob is stuck. It won’t move! Two days later they come to fix it. It’s fixed but I believe it will break again. When picking a property, do yourselves a favor and make sure they don’t use Vacasa!!!

Master and livingroom view was spectacular. Kitchen was very nice and updated. Fridge had couple broken/cracked shelves, bathroom was missing one towel bar rack on the double towel rack. The tub water when kids showered always had standing water. Master shower curtain rod seemed disconnected from the wall. The bathrooms and master bedding could use updating. Vent in master bath is very dusty. Master bath was missing the chain to turn the fan speed up or down. Other than that it served its purpose. I wish we could of seen the sunrise from the balcony.

Great condo and the beach was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware to prep meals. The balcony was long and spacious. The patio furniture was excellent! During our stay, we needed a bag for the garbage can, a broom to sweep the floor, and the balcony light repaired. After sending multiple text messages, we received one garbage bag and broom. The balcony light fixture was not repaired until our last night of a 5-night family vacation. The contact person offered us a $40 rebate per night but that was July and I have yet to see a refund in September. I continue to send messages asking about the rebate to only see generic automated responses. I wish communication was better with the owner/manager of this unit. I would probably book again if I received my rebate.
