Gulf front view, No Smoking Unit, Bedroom -3 bedroom/4 bathrooms, Bedding (1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Full and Full sofa), Ranking - Premium Unit, Master bathroom has Jacuzzi with separate double shower, Bedroom 2 & 3 have tub shower combo and 4th bathroom has shower only with full size washer and dryer, TV's in all bedrooms and living room, Wireless internet through out the unit, and all floors are tile. Building amenities include: Full-time Onsite Staff, Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Splash Pad, Lazy River with Water Slide, Lighted Tennis Courts, Hot tubs and Saunas, Exercise Room, Barbecue Grills, Fully Furnished Kitchen, Security, Washer and Dryer, Free WiFi Hotpot, Free wireless connection is available for guest in all lobbies and rooms. Two car passes ($45.00 each) can be purchased when you check in at front desk. Home Owners Association does not allow pet in unit that are rented to the public.
