The large ocean-view balcony is perfect for spotting dolphins at play, morning coffee, and evening cocktails at sunset. So come, take your shoes off, and enjoy the sugar-white sand of Orange Beach and the miles of untouched beach to the west of this complex.

This fabulous 2 bed/2 bath condo has everything right for a great beach vacation, that's just perfect for you and your family to enjoy!

The condo sleeps 5 people comfortably, has a fully-stocked kitchen, 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar, 6 chair dining room table, a spacious living room with large, extra long sofa, love seat, tufted chair, cozy recliner and a 65 inch flat-screen Smart TV that provides the perfect lounge space for entire family. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42" flat-screen TV, sliding glass door leading to the balcony, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with single and tub/shower combo. The guest room has a double bed, and a matching twin bed, large closet, and attached bathroom with a single vanity, granite, tub/shower combo, and a separate entrance from the dining room also.

For your convenience the condo also has a full washer and dryer, pantry, and outside storage for all of your beach gear. The large balcony has 4 high-top wooden chairs-perfect for spotting dolphins, and one, two person lounger for those wanting to sit back, relax, and take an afternoon siesta.

Wind Drift uniquely offers first come, first serve boat slips, located across the street on Old River. You can even store your boat/jet ski trailer there, or drop a line from the fishing docks. Other amenities include two swimming pools (one Gulf front and one Bayfront.)

- Additional Parking Details: Parking passes are $62.10 per vehicle (Max 2) for up to a 7-night stay. Reservations exceeding 7 days or that have added additional nights to an already existing reservation must purchase additional parking passes for those nights. The parking fee will be paid directly to the Wind Drift Association and their office will provide a gate code for your stay.**

*Boat Parking: Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. These spaces are limited and the Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents to be complete no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Please note if a reservation is made and check-in is less than 7 days from booking, the reservation is ineligible for boat parking. Decals: $50/day for boat/trailer parking or $300/week + $50 service fee. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
