WOW! Unit 1517 has undergone an amazing transformation since we purchased it in 2018. We have removed all carpet and replaced all flooring with luxury vinyl plank flooring. New paint and all furniture has been replaced with new furnishings.
The kitchen showcases new white shaker cabinets, an apron sink, granite countertops, new Samsung black stainless appliances, an island, recessed lighting and a Kitchen Aid ice machine has been added to compliment the kitchen design.
The dining area has a round table that seats six with the island seating two.
The living area has a queen sofa sleeper, two reclining swivel chairs and two side chairs. For your viewing convenience, there is a 58" Samsung smart TV.
The master bedroom has also been transformed with all new furniture, SugarShack king bed, 47" smart TV, drresser, and chest. We have added a walk in shower to the master bath. The vanity has a granite countertop, new fixtures and a wall to wall mirror.
The master bedroom faces the bay.
In bedroom number two, there are two queen beds, a chest and TV.
In bedroom number three, there is a king bed, a chest and TV.
The hall bathroon has new fixtures consisting of pedestal sink, wall to wall mirror, tub and shower combination and tile walls.
This east end unit provides some amazing views--south and north. The south view is of the pass (watching the boats go and come is one of our favorite past times). The north view is of the bay side and you can see all the way to Flora Bama and Perdido Key.
I think that you will find all the art, bedding, lighting and accessories compliment our design.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
