The living room and dining room create breathtaking views of the beach & the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door, stainless steel refrigerator and freezer combo, stacked microwave and oven, a sleek stove top range, toaster, and coffee maker. Mix up drinks from the wet bar that features an ice maker, blender, and wine cooler. Step out onto the private balcony & cook dinner on the stainless steel grill, then slip into your private hot tub with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This Penthouse condo, sleeping 15, has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a breathtaking view of the Gulf. The adjacent master bath has a spa jet tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

The property, aesthetically, is beautiful. The unit is absolutely huge with plenty of room for our group of 8. There are a lot of updates that the condo needs though. The main sliding door to the balcony was inoperable for 3 1/2 of the days we were there. The communication about it with the management company was great and they did make it right. The grill needs to be either deep cleaned or completely replaced. Seals on shower doors all need replaced. We were surprised by the lack of utensils, garbage cans and extras like paper towels and toilet paper for the size and price of the unit. Last heads up is that if anything is wrong, because the unit is managed by Caribe and not Spectrum, it takes longer for things to be resolved. Overall though - we had a very nice experience.

The Condo was not clean. Area rugs need shampooing cloth chairs around bar area was stained and dirty. Overall a beautiful condo. Expected more cleanliness with the amount of money we paid to stay there.

Very beautiful property and spacious. However, all the electrical outlets in kitchen did not work. So to run the toaster, we had to plug it up in the living room. Stayed at unit over the holidays and apparently the maintenance people don’t work then. Although beautiful unit, it didn’t have many things like baking sheets, a wine opener, etc. Also, hot tub should be called “Luke-warm” tub. Told the spa person about the issue and she said “maybe it will get hotter later”. I spent thousands of dollars on this rental, and expected a lot more.

Family Getaway

Communication was great from the start. Check-in was fast and easy. Saturday 4-6pm elevators are busy due to people checking in so patience is important. Get on a down elevator to come back up. After that day and time ZERO problems with elevators. Rooms and facilities are gorgeous. Kids did water slide, lazy river and hung out at the beach We even extended because we enjoyed it so much. Would definitely stay there again.

The VIEWS!!

We had a great time and loved how spacious this unit was. Everything was great. We do wish there was more patio furniture for a condo that sleeps 14- but otherwise, no complaints! We’ll be back!

the place is beautiful- decor was nice - very comfortable. The oven does NOT work and it’s posted in several reviews so it needs to be fixed. The bedroom closest to the kitchen doesn’t get cool - also needs to be fixed. We all loved it in spite of those issues but need to fix them.

Overpriced Rental

I am not one to ever complain but need to be honest here. The views from this property are amazing! The unit is scarcely furnished in the living area and patio. It sleeps 15 but maybe 6 can sit comfortably in the family room area. The kitchen is stocked great with plates, cups, silverware etc. The TV provider needs to be changed, very difficult to be able to watch programs. The unit needs to be maintained better in that there is a missing mirror in the master bedroom over one sink, missing bulbs for lights in closets, 3 of the 4 bathrooms had clogged sinks, and the cleanliness can use improvement as well. Touch up paint and cleaning of the upholstery on the couch would be nice. Also, there should be some guidance on how to utilize things within the unit. The AC does not work well in the bedroom closest to the kitchen table. Basic things like cheap hangers should be in closets. Overall, the money spent was definitely not worth it. Thankful that we were with amazing friends and family to enjoy our trip and overlook our frustrations.

RETURN???

Our stay at Turquoise was special because we had our family together. Other than that, many issues. The dryer took 3 cycles on heavy duty to dry, None of the King bedrooms sheets were king (queen? either way too small). Kitchen had virtually no utensils (every one of them was plastic) no wine opener, no cooking tray; totally unacceptable for a party of 8. Toilet paper roll holders were truly a waste; none of them held the paper rolls. The master bath shower was close to bruising fingers to turn on & off, crazy hard. No trash cans other than the kitchen and the very small ones in each bathroom; that was it. Shower grout was cracked in all showers and molding in various places. The condo needed new paint or lots of touchups. Cracks in walls/bookshelves. Two wine glasses for the condo; that was it. dishes were chipped. The door to the den deck was close to impossible for adults to open or close. Know that salt makes things stick/expand. That's why there is WD-40 and it should be used before any new guest arrives. That door was almost unusable. The kitchen oven did not produce even heat. Once a "warning" came on stating that there was a circuit problem. It was freezing in some rooms and stuffy in others. One of the bedrooms was so warm that it was uncomfortable for our son & his wife. I know the internet going out during most of a workday wasn't the resorts fault, but we had 6 adults who were working during the day and as professionals with deadlines, inexcusable.
