The master bedroom suite features a plush king bed, flat screen TV and the adjoining full-size bathroom is equipped with a double sink vanity and shower with a corner seat and sliding glass doors. The guest room is equipped with two comfortable full beds, a flat screen TV and en-suite access to the second bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. In the living room, a full-size sleeper sofa is available for extra sleeping space, as well as a flat screen TV with cable for watching your favorite shows as you lounge around on the sofa or swiveling side chairs. Free Wi-Fi is also provided throughout the condo. Adding to the charm of the unit's living space is an electric fireplace to relax by on summer nights or to help keep our winter guests warm! When you are not out enjoying the area's wide variety of restaurants, you can prepare a delicious meal at home in the condo's fully stocked kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including an ice maker, Keurig, and Drip-style coffee maker. * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold at the Phoenix East (not Phoenix East II) front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
