Upon arrival room was not properly cleaned, bathroom door wouldn’t lock, shower glass door would not open from one side, bathroom sink clogged/ slow drainage. We advised the front desk but, nothing was done in regards. "

"Staff was not the friendliest, front desk had difficulty communicating our requests initially and housekeeping did not service the room the last 2 days we were there. Attempted to resolve the issue with the front desk and escalated to a manager but no one ever followed up. Not what we expected from a Marriott property. Very disappointed and Rex’s t left a voice message for the front desk mgr. and hotel mgr. to resolve the matter. I am awaiting a response them. "
