Located a convenient 1 kilometre from the CBD and an easy 15 minute walk into town, this home is in a prime location that is just moments from some of Oranges best cafes, restaurants, bars, parks, and shopping.

Indulge in a delightful brunch experience at Groundstone Cafe or Byng St Local Store, where each destination offers a brilliant fusion of flavours. Union Bank, Ferment Wine Bar, and the Robin Hood Hotel are all less than a 4 minute drive from Anson Cottage.

Wine enthusiasts can reach Swinging Bridge, Mortimers Wines, and Heifer Station within 7-11 minutes. The Orange Showground is a 3 minute drive or 13 minute walk from the cottage.

Other Things to Note:
The two sofas in each living room fold out to make beds. This property can potentially sleep up to 8 if two people are happy to share the fold out beds. Guests will be required to bring their own linen if they choose to use the sofa beds.
