Everything you need is here

Lovely hotel.. quiet with all the necessary amenities. We particularly loved the restaurant.. the food was tasty and the price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again

Quality and Convenience

A very good quality mid-range hotel. Sservice was very good, staff helpful. Location just off autoroute; convenient to access the nearby wine regions. Breakfast was good, for a reasonable fee. A good option in this area.

15 minutes from motorway interchange the Hotel first impressions were good. Car park easily accessible although opportunity to secure the area overnight is missed as the gates are automatic. Allocated ground floor room, perfectly adequate and represented good value for money. Cleanliness was average with the spare toilet roll brown from so much dust. A little more attention to detail without costing any money required

Good management saved the vacation

We made this reservation on Hotels.com for two rooms. Upon arrival there was a desk clerk who was rather abrupt with us and told us she did not have the reservation. I explained we booked through Hotels.com and she didn't care and said there was nothing she could do and she stopped assisting us. The other front desk associate, Victoria, was very nice and was trying to help us locate another property. I called Hotels.com and they called the front desk. Apparently it was Hotels.com's fault and they apologized, helped arrange another hotel for one night, then worked with Victoria to get us back there to Orange Sud for the next 5 days. When we returned, the manager Aida was super helpful in taking care of us for the rest of our stay. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. The breakfast offered a very good selection and was of very good quality. The pool was nice at the end of a hot day. Again, Aida and Victoria were topnotch and took very good care of us; if it wasn't for the two of them our vacation would have been ruined. I would return here given the overall positive experience with them. The other woman on duty the first night, was not so nice and her lack of customer care kept me from giving this a higher score.

The room was so small we couldn’t turn around in it. The beds were too small. The mattresses were so cheap and light they they would slip off the bed. We reserved for 2 nights, but we could only stand one.

The Hotel did. not have my reservation due to a fault with expedia. They did their best, but i hat to sleep on a Sofa in the foyer until at seven in the Morning a room was abailanlr. Ibis did Not charge the room or the nreakkfsst. Ahmadi on you!

Tout le personnel à la réception était incroyablement sympathique. Une fontaine à eau était disponible à la réception ce qui est très appréciable par ces températures élevées. La chambre était agréable, le lit avait un bon matelas et la petite salle de bain était fonctionnelle ; dans l'ensemble, c'était propre. Le grand parking est équipé de caméras et d'un portail. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment très pratique, juste à côté d'un centre commercial avec des restaurants, et il faut à peine 10 minutes en voiture pour rejoindre le centre-ville. Il y a une grande piscine que nous n'avons pas utilisée ; elle avait l'air propre. Ce serait agréable d'avoir une petite bouilloire dans la chambre pour faire du café et du thé. La moquette gris-brun ne donnait pas une impression de fraîcheur et n'était certainement pas propre non plus.

We waren aan de late kant met inchecken, geen probleem. Ook wilden we nog iets eten en de receptioniste stuurde ons direct naar het restaurant, anders waren ze al dicht. Heérlijk gegeten. Kamer wat gedateerd, maar prima bedden en badkamer. Keurig netjes. Afgesloten parkeerterrein. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Værelset var beskidt. Ingen rengøring faciliteterne var nedslidt . Poolen var ikke ren. Vi forlod stedet igen og fandt et nyt stad og overnatte. Dette selvom hotellet var forudbetalt. Gardinet i værelset vat i stykker og kunne ikke lukke tæt. Receptionisten forstod problemet, men kunne ikke hjælpe. Ville gerne refundere betalingen, men grundet bookning via Hotels.com kunne hun heller ikke hjælpe med det. Jeg håber så at få kompensation fra Hotels.com

Vi var meget skuffede over dette sted. Det var meget slidt. Vi havde et familieværelse og i beskrivelsen skulle der være aircondition. Det var der også en den var så dårligt at den blot larmede men næsten ingen effekt havde. Den ene halvdel af værelset havde endda en fan da aircon slet ikke kunne køle værelset ned. Vandet kunne næsten heller ikke løbe ud af afløbet i bruseren. Morgenmaden var fin.
