Kitchen was well equipped. Lounge area was very comfortable
The house was perfect for our short getaway. Well appointed and spacious, and very clean. Location was great. Hosts were very responsive and helpful, especially when we needed to make a slight change to our booking. The response was almost instant! Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again! Thanks.
Attention to detail absolutely describes this home. Spacious but very cosy and comfortable. Everything that could be needed has been anticipated and provided ensuring your stay is the perfect getaway.
Stay was perfect, place was clean and comfortable, location to town was great. Host was easy to communicate with. The only issue was there was no milk for our coffee
Very nicely presented house. Modern and comfortable, great bbq, outdoor entertaining area

Clean, tidy with very comfortable beds, dishwasher broken but being replaced 21/1/26. A bit hot during summer needs air conditioning in living area, air conditioning only in back bedroom.

This is a great property, very clean, spacious and located close to town in a quiet street. Under floor heating in the bathrooms was a bonus we didn’t expect.
This property was beautiful. Looks to have been newly renovated and it was very clean and modern.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved visiting Orange.
We felt very comfortable and the property was very homely.
We would definitely recommend staying at this property and would rebook when we visit Orange again.
We all enjoyed staying at this beautifully renovated house within walking distance of 15 minutes to the cbd of Orange. A coffee shop just down the road in Nile Street as well! Beds very comfortable, lounges as well, kitchen with lots of plates and glasses etc and a great deck overlooking the spacious backyard, to sit on with drinks at the end of the day!
We arrived to a very warm house which immediately felt welcoming as it was frosty outside. Absolutely everything we needed to be comfortable from the living room, kitchen, bathrooms and comfy beds with warm quilts. After visiting friends for lunch each day it was just so nice to come 'home' to rest. The comfort of the home made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you.
We had a fabulous stay at this property. It was so much more than expected. Beautifully presented & a very impressive renovation. I would highly recommend it to others. I'd like to give some feedback/suggestions. The coffee pods supplied didn't fit in the coffee machine. There was no milk for a cup of tea on arrival. I would recommend a small long-life milk be provided. The iron is broken. It works but kept leaking water on the clothes as I was ironing. The heater in the lounge room was running well but on the last night it kept automatically switching off and the display said, "heater filter".Rear bedroom - insect screen coming away from frame.Rear bedroom - had a lot of trouble reaching the power points behind the bedheads. I'd suggest an accessible powerboard.
We had a fabulous time at Nile st Cottage. The house was warm and inviting and we were very happy there!

A lovely house, great location and a quiet street. We requested an earlier check in than 3pm but this was denied due to the expected cleaning times. No cleaners were present at the house between 2pm and 3pm but we could not get into contact with the host. None of our messages or calls were answered to help us get access. Even though check in was supposed to be 3pm we were not sent any access information until after 3:30pm even after numerous texts and phone calls. It is a lovely and clean property, however we wasted 20 on the coffee pods only to find the coffee machine did not work. Beds were comfortable. Location central, a very quiet street.
