Stylishly renovated bungalow

This spacious, stylish newly renovated federation home is perfect for a couple of night or a longer term stay in comfort only minutes away from the Main Street and close to the best of Orange’s cafes, bakeries, shops, bars and restaurants.

The home has been renovated and furnished to suit couples, group or families looking for a central retreat or for professionals working away. It is fresh and clean and has everything you’ll need for an easy time on your holiday or visit.

The house has three queens sized bedrooms perfect for a family or group.

The beds are new, very comfortable with a pillow top mattress. Towels are provided.

The living space has lounges, a large kitchen and separate dining area. There’s also a study desk if you need to do some work while staying.

The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking including a stove, microwave , dishwasher, kettle and toaster, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.

There's a washing machine and dryer in the laundry.

There’s also a port-a-cot, high chair and kids eating gear if you choose to bring along a little one. The house, though, has not specifically been made kid proof.

Note: the fire is not functional however there’s ducted heating/cooling in the bedrooms and a split AC in the living area

Guest will have the entire house to themselves. The keys will be in a key safe and details of the code will be provided on the day of the booking.

The house is one of the areas oldest houses and access is via the driveway through a gate. There is also a cottage at the rear that is also a short term rental however it is separate and private.

Street parking is available.

You can enjoy the house all to yourself but feel free to call or message with queries throughout your stay.

There's local taxis as well as Uber in Orange.
The house is walking distance to town or there's plenty of on street parking throughout town

The fireplaces and firebox are not functional for safety reasons
Check in time is anytime from 3pm
