Reasonable sized room but wifi only available in the lobby, and that was very sporadic and slow.
Pool and outdoor area could do with a clean up.
Friendly staff, and helpful.
Breakfast very mediocre for a hotel that claims 4 stars. I’d rate it at 3 maximum.
30 minute walk from city but regular local buses are very close. Excellent restaurant next door.

Karşılama güleryüzlü değil, yaptığım rezervasyonu bulmaları 10 dk sürdü, iki kişilik tek büyük yatak ayırtmamıza rağmen kutu kadar odada 1 büyük+ 1 küçük yatak vardı, otelin deniz gören odaları boş olmasına rağmen bize otoparka bakan oda verildi, odalar temiz ancak çok küçük, şekli şemali güzel, konforlu, sabah 7 de çıkış yaptığımız sırada resepsiyon görevlisi lobide uzanmış uyuyordu, kartı bırakıp çıktık.

Önbüroda çalışan arkadaşlar sağolsunlar otelin en güzel odalarından birini bize ayırmışlar.Bundan çok memnun kaldık.Bunun dışında personelim güleryüzü,oteldeki genel hizmet,odaların konforu ve temizliği muazzamdı.Ekleyebileceğimiz tek şey odalarda içme suyu eksiği var.En azından odalara birer şişe su bırakılabir.

Ordu da kalınabilecek en iyi otel
Balayı turumuz için Ordu ya sadece 1 gün ayırmamıza rağmen otelin rahatlığı, konumu, hizmeti herşeyinden o kadar memnun kaldık ve güzel dinlendik ki 1 gece daha konaklamamızı sadece otelde kalabilmek biraz daha huzurlu dinlenebilmek için uzattık.

Harika bi Karadeniz manzarasına karşı harika bi gece geçirdik resepsiyon gayet güler yüzlü yardımcı oluyorlar kahvaltı bölümünde çalışan arkadaşa gayet iyiydi kısacası güzel bi tatildi ama benim bitene biraz pahalıydı benim için tek eksisi ama tavsiye ederim...
