"The setting is delightful and the staff are well informed. The room is large, and had a fridge and safe, very useful. The restaurant at the hotel was good and the wait staff where wonderful. The property is looking tired and needs a refresh, no ice machine on the floor I was on, the pool was cool, no chair in the double queen room except for the office chair, and the shuttle for Swiss Days has been discontinued, that was a big reason I stayed at the property. I couldn't find a phone number on line to contact the hotel and ask if that was still an option. Overall a good stay and a wonderful location in a beautiful setting."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Marriott Orem! Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was super friendly and professional. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and welcoming. The only downside for us was that breakfast wasn’t complimentary, so we had to leave the hotel to find something to eat in the morning. Other than that, we had a great experience."

Spacious & New Guesthouse in Orem - Provo

"Property was very clean and comfortable!! A little bit of a challenge communicating about access but it all worked out. Only one normal sized fridge for multiple rooms worked out for this visit but could be an issue depending on the number of guests. Our upstairs bedroom was just cool enough but I would have preferred a little cooler. We didn’t realize that that bathroom was shared with other guests but that was our error for not looking closer at the listing. Overall a very good stay, comfortable, clean and quiet. May stay again in one of the rooms with a private bathroom."
