About this property
modern, newly renovated apartment in Cabo Roig, beach within walking distance
- Our newly renovated and modern but cozy non-smoking apartment is perfect for families or couples who want to have it quiet. The apartment has many extras such as a cot, high chair, 40 "TV, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning or heating.
Cabo Roig is just beautiful. Beach and sea very clean and within a few minutes walking distance.
The kitchen is very well equipped, such as a Nespresso machine, egg cooker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher.
In addition, you have the following extras in the apartment such as 40 "TV, washing machine, air conditioning, heating, iron or ironing board. It is always something with the "right" pillow ... so we have two available, a softer and a firmer one. Hopefully, duvets of different thicknesses will also ensure good sleep and sweet dreams. The bathroom is small but nice and has a walk-in shower with a rain shower. You can enjoy the afternoon / evening sun on the terrace.
Check in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Late check-in may incur a € 25 fee payable to the key holder on arrival.
There is a mandatory cleaning fee of € 80 to be paid to the key holder.

Eine schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, mit großen Balkon und idealer Größe!
Bei unseren kleinen Problem mit dem Staubsauger wurde sofort gehandelt.
Die Wohnungsübergabe und Abnahme war natürlich perfekt, da wir durch die deutschsprachige Hausmeisterin keinerlei kommunikation Probleme hatten.

Es un aparento pequeño pero suficiente para 2 adultos y 2 niños. La terraza es grande y agradable para pasar tiempo en ella. Esta muy buen ordenado y limpio. Muy recomendable.
