We really enjoyed our stay at this motel. It is centrally located, close to the boardwalk, beach, and a grocery store (Metro).
Our room was very clean and the queen bed was very comfortable. Basics in the room included a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, TV, and fridge. We would definitely stay there again!
Friendly staff. Room was small but clean. Could use a good dusting. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee amenities were very old. Powder whitener was one hard chunk.
Was a budget option, it’s in a sketchier area of orillia but within walking distance to some nice restaurants. It’s dated, old and in need of some upgrades but it’s fine for the solo traveler
It was quiet for a Fri Jan 24. Clean and comfortable. Can't attest to how thick the walls were as there were no on beside us. Small, quaint and nice room
Staff were very professional, provided a bottle of water, piece of plywood for my motorcycle kickstand and some windex and microfibre towel to clean the bugs off my motorcycle - all without me even asking. Very polite and responsive. This property is very well maintained and attention to detail is evident. It was quiet. Lots of parking. Very spacious room that was very clean and well presented. Would recommend this property.

Comfortable
Bed was comfortable. Could use more pillows and extra blankets. Portable heater worked fine, but it was cold in the room when we arrived. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine, TV with lots of channels. Poor wifi connection. Overall, comfortable stay for one night.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Old school but smelled clean (you could smell the cleaners). We did find sand in our bed sheets so I'm not sure they were changed. We also had to ask for toilet paper as soon as we arrived. Good location, cheap, and they seemed freindly enough.
