** While swimming is not safe in the lake directly in front of the house, Tudhope Park is just a 3-minute drive away. This beautiful public park features a sandy beach, a children’s playground, and scenic lakefront views—perfect for a fun family outing. Located at 450 Atherley Rd, Orillia, ON, the park is open 24 hours and offers a safe and welcoming spot for guests of all ages.

** Accurate Guest Count: For safety, insurance, and compliance reasons, all guests must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. A fee of $100 per guest per night will apply for any undisclosed guests.

** Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM. Need flexibility? Inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).

** Crib & High Chair:
We provide one high chair and one crib for guests. Please note that crib sheets are not provided for safety reasons, so you’ll need to bring your own.

** Cleaning Policy: This is a cozy home, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested.
Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.

** No Smoking & No Parties: This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit.
Smoking indoors will trigger the smoke detector and may result in penalties.

** If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
