Room very dark no windows, very poor lighting. Water from shower and sink did not drain well. Very noisy property, staff played loud music very late. Restaurant staff indifferent. Beds very comfortable, Eduardo at reception was very friendly and helpful. Would not go again.

Es extremadamente cara para las instalaciones que ofrecen no hay suficiente personal, falta iluminacion, lavabo fuera de baños los cuales parecen improvisados. Nunca recomendaria este hotel para hospedarse. La comida es extraordinaria e inigualable.

El hotel esta super ubicado y MUY bonito. Las habitaciones estan lindisimas. Su personal es super amable. Se desayuna come y cena delicioso. Tienen un salon de billar en donde nos atendieron muy bien. Hay estacionamiento de cortesía con Valet Parking. El Mejor lugar para conocer Orizaba.

Claro, aquí tienes una sugerencia de opinión que podrías dejar para ese hotel: Una excelente opción para hospedarse: súper céntrico, lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad sin complicaciones.
