La habitación estaban impecables y el personal amable, y el de Expedia decir que el hostal era con baños compartidos, ahí se tuvo mucho inconformidad y las regaderas no servían bien, se reportaron pero así una siguió mal pero dentro del tiempo estuvo muy bien

El trato de la recepción es muy bueno, son atentos y dan recomendaciones claras. El hotel está en buena ubicación para acceder a los sitios principales de Orizaba. La limpieza es continua y todo está muy ordenado

Nada que ver con lo que me ofreció Expedia supuestamente era una habitación con 2 camas individuales baño con tina y regadera. Y resulta que era una habitación con 2 camas sin baño porque los baños y las regaderas son comunitarios y cuando pedí una habitación con baño porque fue lo que reserve me dieron una habitación con 2 cama matrimonial, pero el precio fue de $610 y $25 extras por pago con tarjeta. El personal muy amable.
