- Our property managers have been in the vacation rental industry for a combined 25-plus years. We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority.

- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on-site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible.
- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the cleaning is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team’s work. Then we inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff.

- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen, signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses, including COVID-19. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home.

- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry-leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers between each stay.

- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation, it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on the property.
 
- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don’t ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick up, turn off all lights and TVs, and lock the patio and front doors. That’s it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing, you are still on vacation.

Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the community's HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units.

Storey Lake Resort has a 10 pm quiet time, and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Noncompliance with this policy could lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund provided.

Storey Lake Resort does not allow boats, RVs, or trailers to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time.

With three king bedrooms, a Star Wars-themed bedroom, and a Mickey-themed bedroom, there is something for everyone. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the other three bedrooms all have adjacent bathrooms, which makes getting ready a breeze.

Though you may never want to leave home, another perk you receive with your vacation is full access to Storey Lake Resorts Hideaway Club. The Hideaway Club offers our guests, free of charge, access to its large pool, spa, two water slides, lazy river, children's splash pad, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a fitness center with machines and free weights.

Best reached by car. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available. Free resort golf cart shuttles to and from the clubhouses. Orlando International Airport is ~25 minutes away.

Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+.

No Pets

No Smoking Indoors (smoking permitted outdoors only, proper disposal required). $250 fee for violations.

Toilet Use: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush diapers, baby wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, cotton swabs, or trash of any kind. Please dispose of these items in the trash bin provided.
If a toilet becomes clogged due to prohibited items being flushed, the guest may be charged a $150 fee or the actual plumbing/service cost required to clear the blockage, whichever applies.


Pool/Spa Heat: $30/day; BBQ rental: $129/stay.

Parking: Driveway can fit two to three vehicles depending on size / Street parking spaces available, first-come first first-served.

Storey Lake quiet hours: 10pm–8am;

Boats, Trailers, Utility Vehicles, and RVs are prohibited from being parked and/or stored at any property at any time. Guests must make other arrangements to store and/or park the stated vehicles off the property.
