persons, personal belongings, AND THE UNIT ITSELF, in order to provide a clean and safe
You will have to agree to clean the entire unit. WOW, stay away.
Here are some questions. Idiotic. Especially the one about traveling more than 25 miles. If we didn't travel more than 25 miles, why would we book the unit?

6. Has anyone in your party resided in or visited a U.S. state with a COVID-19 case rate of more than 700 cases
per 100,000 residents?
