  • Welcome to Our Happy Place! Located in the gated community of Caribe Cove just 9 miles from Disney World. Beautiful 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo on the 4th floor with an elevator and 1700 sq ft of spacious living. Take in the nature view on one of the private screened in balconies. A full kitchen and in-unit laundry room provide extra convenience for guests. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the three TVs with cable, free high speed internet access, or make memories with a game night. Free outside parking is available in front of the condo. Centrally located within 20 miles of all the Orlando theme parks and attractions you love, golf, shopping, dining, and much more. Great central location, 2 hours to Cocoa Beach and the Atlantic Ocean and 2 hours to Clearwater Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

    On-site: Caribe Cove has a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table and fitness center.

Great and clean condo

Would have loved to have stayed here for both parts of our trip. Stayed here from 4/21-4/24. It was larger and more inclusive than any hotel we could have chosen and with a lower price. Definitely will be back!

Family Vacation

Everything exceeded our expectations! Great communication with the host and check in went smoothly. The unit was Super clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend & we would definitely come stay again.

Recently remodeled condo

The condo was recently upgraded and beautiful. We were very comfortable and felt safe staying there. The check in was communicated clearly and easy. It is as listed and we would love to stay there again in the future.

Very nice, comfortable condo!

We stayed here and used it as our home base for a day at Universal Studios. It’s recently been remodeled in relaxing coastal colors and furnishings. The location is good - quiet, with good access to restaurants and the parks. The owner was so kind & responsive. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely visit!

Stayed here for summit cheer competition

My family and another mom and daughter stayed here. Great communication with property manager/owner. 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child. The condo was great, we loved sitting out in the screened on porch. We loved the pool and hot tub at night. We were close to restaurants, waterpark and shopping. 20 mins to ESPN. We would stay here again!! The only thing I would recommend is get rid of the carpet and put in laminated hardwood floors. Carpet.

Solid Stay

Attentive property owner. We had a couple hiccups but the property owner quickly did all he could to correct and resolve the issues. Property is nicely decorated. For our comfort, the master bed mattress needs replacing. It was a hard spring mattress but that was the only one. Other beds were very soft and comfortable. Property does not have a lot of amenities but the pool area was clean and nice. The property was perfectly suitable for a stay.

Great location

Property was super clean with new furniture and carpet. It had everything we needed for my elderly grandmother and also close to everything you could need.

Great Home Base for Disneyworld and Universal parks!

We enjoyed coming "home" each evening to our own space with TV's, decks, etc. We had 5 adults and everyone was comfortable. Our morning commute to DW resort area was about 15-20min. The check-in (and this is a reflection on the property, not the host) didn't provide much clarity on the gate. You dial the number listed for operator, and after a moment or two, they will buzz you in. It is a quick process, but don't waste time trying to find a code. There are lots of food options close by, including a Publix supermarket within a mile, multiple fast food places, multiple drug stores, and don't forget the Culver's a couple blocks away. I have a new "Culver's milkshake and custard ice cream" appreciation, not shared by my waistline... (May I recommend the Rootbeer Shake?) The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, but make sure you pickup your own spices, etc. The dining table easily seats 6. My wife enjoyed soaking in the large master bathroom tub. If you are adjusting the A/C, leave the fan on "Auto". If you set it to "on", it runs when the AC is off, and the space is much more humid. We were concerned upon entering the first time, only to find the prior occupant had set the fan to "on". Changing that adjustment to "auto" really helped. The unit is on the 4th floor. There are stairs close, along with an elevator. We never waited for the elevator for more than 30-45 seconds. On hot days, you will not want to use the outside decks, but when it rains or cools down, the enclosed decks are great. No bugs and a super covered place to watch the lightshow of thunderstorm lightning. If you have kids, the bunk beds sleep 4 of them in the 3rd room. A queen and a king round out the other two rooms. The 2nd and 3rd rooms share a bathroom, with both rooms having their own door in. Steve responds quickly to questions and was very easy to deal with. We don't make it to Florida often, but if in the Orlando area, we wouldn't hesitate to rent for another week.

The place was beautiful i would definitely stay there again in the future! The owner was very nice and got back with me quickly when i asked a question or problem .
