The space
Come stay in our spacious two stories single family home that features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms fully kitchen and a private heated pool(*).
Our home is very well located in Lake Berkley Resort with short walking distance to the Lake Berkley, where you may walking or fishing. There are also community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball tennis court and kids playground.
Our home is what you needed:
-> The living room is spacious with a 3 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 40 inch SMART TV. This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area. Lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun.
-> Dining table seats 8 . If you feel like cooking the beautiful fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.
-> Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.
-> This family friendly home also offers free WIFI.

Lake Berkley is a beautifully maintained resort just minutes from the excitement of all Orlando attractions and theme parks such as Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.
Resort facilities include:
Gated entrance with 24 hour security
Club house with fitness center, floodlit tennis courts, heated community pool, hot tub, children splash area. Natural spring fed lake, small sandy beach area, fishing dock, boardwalk, nature trail, volley ball court.
BBQ: $80 per week with one propane tank included. Must be requested one day in advance.
Pool Heater: $35/day. Must be requested one day in advance.
