The Space:
Positioned within the gated Windsor at Westside Resort, this five-bedroom villa puts you minutes from Orlando's most iconic theme parks - yet the moment you step inside, the outside world fades. Spread across two floors with room for up to 11 guests, the home is designed for families who want everything in one place: a private heated pool, a fully themed game room, resort amenities on the doorstep, and sleeping arrangements that give every traveler their own comfortable corner.

Living space
The first floor opens into a generous main living area with comfortable seating and a large TV, flowing naturally into the dining space and a well-appointed kitchen. Granite countertops, espresso wood cabinetry, and a full set of appliances - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more - make meal prep easy whether you're cooking a full family dinner or grabbing a quick breakfast before the parks. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected.

Upstairs
A second living room on the upper floor gives the group room to spread out - ideal for movie nights or quieter downtime while others gather below. This floor also holds two additional master suites, each with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. Two uniquely themed bedrooms complete the upper level: a Minions room and a Moana room, both with en-suite bathrooms and imaginative décor that adds a genuine touch of magic for younger guests.

Sleeping arrangements
The villa sleeps 11 across five bedrooms and seven beds. On the first floor, a master suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom offers direct access to the pool - a quiet retreat at the start or end of the day. Upstairs, two further master suites each feature king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms, alongside the two themed rooms.

Game room
The Mario & Luigi-themed game room is one of the villa's standout features. Pool table, foosball, air hockey, and a PlayStation console make it a destination in its own right - the kind of space that keeps everyone entertained long after you've come home from a day out.

Outdoor space
Step outside and you have a large private heated pool surrounded by a spacious patio. Sun loungers, a generous outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill set the scene for late-afternoon swims and evening cookouts. It's a self-contained outdoor retreat that works just as well for relaxed family time as it does for groups wanting to make the most of Florida's warm evenings.

Resort amenities
As a guest at Windsor at Westside, you also have access to the resort's shared facilities - a resort-style pool with a Tiki Bar, spa, shaded cabanas, a fitness center, a convenience market, a kids' playground, and tennis and basketball courts. The resort's game room with arcade options adds another layer of entertainment beyond the villa itself.
