Our open-concept living area is designed with plenty of room to spread out and relax; but for those wanting a little more excitement, we've converted the garage into a games room! Challenge your crew to a game of billiards to keep the fun going!

When it's time for bed, stretch out and relax in any of the 3 King sized bedrooms, each comes with an attached bathroom! There's also 3 other Queen sized bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms that each have two twin sized beds. So you can fit your whole family and more into this awesome vacation home!

The resort has an enormous water complex with a large resort-style pool with a two storey water slide, and a relaxing 850 foot lazy river! In addition, there is a quiet zone, lane swim pool, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a jacuzzi hot tub, and a poolside tiki bar. There are also sun loungers and poolside cabanas with food and drink service. The clubhouse also features a full service restaurant bar and grill, a gym with an aerobics studio, plenty of sports courts, games room arcade, business center, and more!

• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. Parking is also available at the clubhouse only during the day. Please note: the garage has been converted into a games room with a billiards table.

The Neighborhood:
Champions Gate Resort is a relatively new community in the centre of Davenport, Florida. It is a large development encompassed by 36 holes of championship level golf course. But, if golf isn’t your thing, there is a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure.

The resort has an enormous water complex with a large resort-style pool with a two storey water slide, and a relaxing 850 foot lazy river!
