The room was roach infested. The floor was quite dirty (walking across the room without shoes would turn the soles of your feet quite black). There was no room cleaning from our arrival on 07/23 to our departure on 07/29. We had to go to the front desk daily to get clean towels. Fire ants were dangerously close to the pool. The shower floor was spongy. Good points: most of the staff was quite friendly (except for one desk clerk). Stores across the street from the hotel allowed us to purchase roach spray. I was able to perform car repair in the hotel parking lot. As bad as it was, it was not the worst hotel room of our trip.

The staff is great, very friendly and professional Ɣnd they do a great job on servicing the room and providing towels everyday. And the breakfast is delicious, walffes n cereal and coffee always fresh .. from the front desk to the housekeepers they are all amazing people.

Pros: Room size was great, clean room (no room service), maintenance attended to our service request quickly, staff polite and bilingual. Cons: Breakfast was poor (only had waffle maker, cereal, and coffee. No milk, no other hot options, a few pieces of bread to try to make toast.

Other than having to wait outside for 15 minutes at 11pm for the front desk lady to come unlock the door then proceed to yell at me for knocking too loudly because she was in the bathroom. It was a great stay. I have stayed here many times and always had great sevice and a clean room

When I checked in there was a lady behind counter talking to the guy standing on the side of the window asked for my ID then asked for money then hand me my key NO other communication was given, she did answer the phone 2 times but said something is Spanish like she was aggravated to answer the phone. I had to go back in the Office on Saturday because the key was turned off, I told the lady (a Different lady) she took card did whatever she had to do and then sat card on the counter and said there. I feel the customer service there needs to be changed the hotel isn't Hilltop but it's still a good hotel they should be friendly and helpful.

Lady at the front desk was very rude and nasty to everyone with an attitude, room was not clean stains on the bed sheets, the area has drug users out front and walking the streets, not a place to bring ur kids. People smoking weed outside their rooms, smells like pee. Parking lot was filthy and filled with cigarettes on the ground It was terrible!!!.

Definitely not the greatest place to stay. This hotel has residents living there. The place smells like smoke, the place gave off unsafe environment. I left after 10 mins of stepping foot into the room definitely not kid friendly. Do not recommend what so ever
