Just left from a fantastic 17 day stay. The host left some treats for us which was greatly appreciated after a late night flight. The home has everything you need from BBQ, k-cup coffee maker (which pods and creamer!), pizza oven, outdoor fire table, etc. The list goes on! The pool was clean and warm. My kids spent most of our vacation enjoying the pool and outdoor amenities (outdoor TV with comfortable seating). Beds were very comfortable as well. I look forward to our next vacation at this home and praise property management and host for offering the perfect home away from home.

The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. We had an issue with the wifi, but the host had it fixed first thing the next morning. Host was quick and friendly on answering what questions I had. The place was great. Only advice I could give is to thoroughly read the HOA rules and regulations on the paper that is provided before you entwr the gate. We would stay here again when returning to Disney if its available.

Amazing villa

We had an amazing stay in this villa with a family of 6. Have been to Orlando many times and this is one of our favourite villas. Travelling from Scotland and being exhausted when we arrived to find water and plenty to keep us going until we rested was very much appreciated. The Villa is close to plenty shops and restaurants, only 20mins to Disney parks and 40 mindUniversal.

Beautiful home with pool

This home was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it almost every day. The house is in a gated community which was really quiet. There were also some lovely treats for us upon arrival.

This property was perfect for our group (8 adults + 1 infant). Easy drive from all theme parks and lots of dining choices close by. Pool was amazing. House was very clean and all furniture was comfortable! Super convenient that we didn't have to bring a pack n play or highchair

Great house and pool. Only issues were lack of grab bars in master shower combined with very slippert floor! Also no railing for entering and getting out of pool. Other than that, very comfortable house for group of 8. Wonderful master bed! Location is terrific.

Stayed for a month, house is very very clean, has everything you need. Great kitchen, big and well stocked. This property is close to everything, very safe area and great for walking. The pool was beautiful. The host / owner is exceptionally nice and attentive. This home is well cared for, with very comfortable beds for sleeping. The house was exactly as described. Had some issues with communication both with the homeowners and manager about my booking early on. It honestly could have been handled much better. But the hime itself was awesome. The house is exactly like the other people described it - so well cleaned and spacious. The area is so nice and friendly, it was all very welcoming. But what caught as the most, were the welcoming things they left for us for our arrival, like water, coke, cupcakes (never had so delicious ones in my life) and some fruits. We have rented before and we never had a so overly good equipped kitchen like this - almost better then in some homes at home. Every communication with the owner was easy and he responded so quick. This host is amazing and so is his house. We could not have rented a better house and we sure will rent there again.

We've NEVER stayed at a rental we felt so welcomed by the thoughtfulness of the hostess! We arrived and started the dreadful vacation task of thinking about groceries. We began searching the cabinets for possible left over items (S/P, coffee filters, napkins) from the previous guests. To our amazement, not only did we find those things but also: paper towels, paper plates,cups, utensils, coffee pods, a large variety of teas, a case of water, and a box of 85 snack size of chips! When we opened the fridge, and there were, along with water, sodas, a large container of grapes, a package of muffins, and a huge mixed salad. We texted our hostess, Juliann, to see if all that bounty was for us, and she quickly answered, "Enjoy!" As great as that surprise was, there was an even bigger thing that showed us the concern our hostess had for her guests. Mid-week we did a load of laundry, and discovered that the dryer wouldn't start. We contacted Juliann, and this is her exact response:We called the manufacturer warranty and the earliest they can come out to repair the dryer is November 08,2025 so will have the Maintenance personnel pass by this evening and swith out the unit will someone be home if not is it OK if they going and replace the dryer please advise Thanks.Only a fantastic hostess offers to replace a dryer mid week! (We didn't have her do so) We were a party of 7 adults and the house felt very homey and spacious and the pool was great. Needless to say, Juliann is wonderful!

Pros: - Easy check-in process - Spacious - Has all necessary amenities, including some you wouldn’t think of - The welcome treats (pie, muffins, water, chips) were a wonderful touch - Large TVs in every room Cons: - The power source for the couch doesn’t work, so none of the seats recline (property manager stated they were in the process of getting that fixed) - Found a dead, squished frog under the bath mat in the master bathroom - No TV outside, despite showing one in the listing pictures - The floor was very dirty and didn’t appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival - The pool was dirty and required daily cleaning (maybe the filter wasn’t working properly?) - Found several dead bugs behind the blinds in the master bedroom - Found a few large cobwebs hanging from the ceiling - Fecal matter found on the side of the toilet tank

Christmas getaway

Our Christmas getaway from the frigid Indiana temps were perfect thanks to our stay here. We had tons of space and the house beat expectations. The house was stocked with a graceful welcoming package of snacks and drinks. Which was perfect for our late arrival. We loved that it included an air fryer and a crock pot. Which made meal time a breeze after a long day at the parks. The heated pool was great for lazy days at the house. The kids loved the Xbox and the arcade console. The club house is located in a perfect walking distance. The neighborhood was nice and inviting. Great for evening walks. The beds and pillows were comfy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. My only suggestion would maybe put the clubhouse key in a better spot or give directions prior as it took us a few days to even notice it there. This stay had everything you could ask for. If I could add anything it might be a potholder instead of just hand towels. Just a personal preference. But otherwise definitely 5+star stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you, the Millers
