As a local, the location was great due to being close to the theme parks and walking distance to Icon which was nice. Since they have music, bars and food. Parking was fairly easy but you do have to pay to park.

Amazing hotel will definitely stay here again. Our only issue was in the parking on a Saturday, where there is no parking guaranteed due to Icon Park and local restaurants being close by. Parking is $16.

If it wasn’t for Alejandro at front desk I would have given five stars, he was rude. Cidra was very attentive making sure all was perfect for everyone eating Catalina was exceptional- very kind happy welcoming and made an excellent customer service experience
