* While staying in this property you will be able to use the majority of Reunion's amenities such as 6 swimming pools, bike hire, on-site restaurants, and bars. Please note this property does not have a Reunion Resort Club Membership needed to access additional amenities within the resort, including Reunion's Water Park, Tennis, and Golf. While access to Reunion's golf courses is not included with this rental, summer visitors may often find tee times available via GolfNow. Island H20 Live is just 6.8 miles away from Reunion, for guests wanting to enjoy a local water park at a great price.

This large 1,755 sq ft ground floor luxury corner unit is located close to the center of Reunion offering convenience and luxury in a peaceful landscaped setting. The porch faces a secluded green that backs onto the preserve where children can spread out and play.

Located in Whisper Way of the upscale Villas South neighborhood in Reunion Resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental condo is also only steps away from the playground.

This truly is a luxurious three-bedroom condominium featuring upgraded plantation shutters throughout. The spacious living room and dining area have been furnished to an extremely high standard. There is a 55-inch LED TV with PlayStation 3 games console. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 8. Guests staying in this condo will enjoy luxury and comfort.

Large sliding patio doors lead out to your own porch with a table and seating for 6 where you can enjoy breakfast and evening drinks.

The Master en-suite bedroom has a luxury King bed, complete with a large 40" LED TV and Blu-Ray player. There is a large walk-in closet, an electronic safe, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub, and a walk-in separate shower.

The second bedroom has two Full beds complete with a large 40" LED TV and Blu-Ray player. There is also a closet and an en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds complete with a large 40" LED TV and Blu-Ray player. There is also a closet and bathroom.

Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access is also available throughout the condo.

This condo does not have a sofa bed.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

Cancelled res day before checkin

I received an email the day prior to check-in that my reservation was cancelled. Simple as that, nothing else. After calling Florida Vacation Homes I was informed there was nothing they could do, received no explanation and received no offer to find a similar accommodation. After being told we would receive a full refund, which obviously is the minimum they should do, it took 3 weeks of diligent follow-up and a promise of legal action against them to actually have my card credited what they had charged back in November. Steer clear of renting a home managed by Florida Vacation Homes, they are not to be trusted.
