The Space:

With space for your group to spread out and settle in, the home offers a relaxed retreat within one of Kissimmee's most inviting resort communities.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms provide room for everyone, with one bedroom and a shared bathroom on the ground floor and four additional bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs. The layout is designed for both privacy and convenience, allowing your group to move comfortably throughout the home.

The living area offers an inviting place to gather, whether you're unwinding after a day exploring Orlando or enjoying quiet time together. A TV and heating and cooling amenities add comfort throughout your stay. A dedicated workspace is available when you need a moment to focus.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, giving you the flexibility to prepare meals at your own pace. Stainless steel appliances and cooking basics make it easy to create anything from simple breakfasts to shared dinners. A formal dining area and additional indoor and outdoor dining spaces allow you to enjoy meals together in whatever setting feels right.



Outdoor living

Step outside to the private swimming pool, where warm-weather days can be enjoyed year-round. Loungers and a BBQ grill create a relaxed outdoor retreat that suits both quiet afternoons and casual meals. Pool heating is available if desired.



Entertainment and amenities

A game room with foosball, air hockey, and pinball offers hours of indoor entertainment. The home also includes a washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, WiFi, and self check-in with a smart lock. Pets are allowed, and long term stays are welcomed. Free parking on premises is available.

Windsor at Westside offers access to a range of amenities, including a water park, heated pool with a lazy river, a fitness center, and a large clubhouse. Volleyball and basketball courts, a splash pool for kids, a hot tub, and various outdoor spaces add to the experience. The property is located just a short distance from the clubhouse and near plenty of dining, shopping, and world-famous attractions.

Getting Around:

Peace of Mind in a Gated Community



Enjoy the security and comfort of a gated resort community during your stay. The driveway offers space for up to three vehicles parked side by side.

Please note that the garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

A refundable security deposit of $500 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card using our third-party system prior to your arrival. Please note that this is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and it will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.



Cleanliness & Pool Information

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, with our cleaning team adhering to the highest standards.



If you’d like to add pool heating to your stay, please notify us in advance so we can coordinate setup. Pool heating is available for $35 per day, billed separately. We request at least one week’s notice for this service. During cold or rainy weather, we do not recommend using the pool. The pool is serviced weekly, but after rainfall, some debris may wash in, which can cause the water to appear slightly cloudy.



Check-Out Policy

Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare the home for incoming guests. Late check-outs can impact cleaning schedules and future reservations. If you stay beyond your scheduled check-out time, a fee of up to $300 may apply.



Self-Catering & Supplies

This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen comes with a roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also available for your use. If anything is missing, please notify us immediately upon arrival so we can restock.
