1) Property Size: sq./ft. 1.607
2)TV'S SET UP: Living Room 50'' TV and both bedrooms with 43'' TVs.
3) INTERNET DETAIL: Hotel open network with no additional costs.
4) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $150 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $100/each (non-refundable), paid to the host + Resort pet fee: $90.00/ per stay, paid directly at the front desk of the hotel. Pet limit weight: 35lb.
5) The apartment does not have private laundry - guests must use the hotel laundry (please check fee directly at the front desk).

Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we’ll do our very best to remedy the situation.
12) Towels and Linens must be left in the apartment. Otherwise, the missing ones will be charged from guests.
13) Electric car charging station - EV Charger available in the community.
