Prior to checkin we called to see about the availability of extending our stay an extra night. Why we couldn’t do this online in today’s age is beyond me. It took forever for the representative to do this and it took until the next day to get confirmation of our extension. The representative didn’t seem to interested in helping us with our extension either. For the 20+ mins we were on the phone inquiring about extending our day, most of that time the representative had put down her phone receiver, likely thinking she muted her phone or put us on hold. We could hear her in the background ridiculing us to her other colleagues saying “these people don’t know what day they want to extend and don’t even know the email address they used when making the reservation.” We knew exactly what we wanted; just one extra day. It’s true we were unsure as to what email address we used. I offered 2 addresses that I frequently use but the representative insisted that I only had one chance at telling them my email address since it was used for security reasons. Luckily I guessed right. Even giving them my credit card info for making this reservation was insufficient. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, and ample linens and towels were provided. Garbage disposal wasn’t working. You had to plug it in under the sink for it to operate. Also, upstairs master BR fan in the bathroom did not work.
