Kodas Retreat Home for 11

Summary:
Just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions, Koda’s Retreat places you at the center of family fun while offering a peaceful home base to unwind between adventures. Located in Legacy Park in Davenport, this home is just a few miles to Island H2O Water Park, Disney, SeaWorld, the Convention Center, and Universal, with dining, shopping, and several public golf courses also close by. When you're not chasing thrills, you’ll enjoy coming home to comfort, convenience, and space to relax.

The Space:
Step inside and head straight to the star of the home — the oversized covered lanai, a private outdoor oasis perfect for sunny days and balmy evenings. The screened-in pool glistens under the Florida sky, complete with a child safety fence for peace of mind. A spa spills elegantly into the pool, offering the ideal spot for unwinding after long park days. The lanai features a table for al fresco meals, plus two chaise loungers for soaking up the sun, afternoon reading, or sipping that first cup of coffee before the day's adventure begins. Before you head back inside, the fun continues in the garage, where kids (and kids-at-heart) will find a mini game zone complete with basketball game, ping pong table, and foosball — perfect for downtime or rainy days.

Back indoors, the home continues to impress. Fully renovated and thoughtfully curated design, the aesthetic blends boho and contemporary styling with beachy accents and a clean palette. At the front of the home, the first living area offers modern furnishings, a sofa and accent chair in grey, and a bright, cozy ambiance that makes you instantly feel at home. Toward the rear, the second living area features a large sectional and smart TV, sharing space with the stylish kitchen and dining area for easy family interaction. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for two, while a charming kitchen nook seats four with pool views through a sliding glass door — a reminder that sunshine and relaxation are always just steps away.

With its unbeatable location, thoughtful comforts, and family-friendly amenities, Koda’s Retreat is the ideal launchpad for an unforgettable Orlando getaway — where the excitement of the parks meets the relaxation of home.
