Every bedroom has either an en-suite bathroom or a Jack ‘n Jill bathroom offered only by a very small number of villas. ☀ Spacious family villa only 3 miles from Disney World. It takes less than 10 minutes to be in Disney World. You can access freeways within a few minutes for other central Florida destinations.
☀ 3600 sq ft of luxurious fully air-conditioned living space plus movie/games room is at your disposal
☀ This villa has a south-facing pool/spa and lanai so that you can soak in the sun all day or relax in the lanai. Only a south-facing pool offers the maximum sunlight on the pool deck. So, please be sure to check for that as not every villa has a south-facing pool. This one does! There are plenty of loungers and chairs for all guests in the sun. After getting enough tan, guests can rest under the shade of lanai which also has fans to cool you off. We also have a large gas barbecue grill and we provide a free tank of propane gas for the BBQ. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly by professionals so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
☀ The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow's adventures! Those guests traveling with little ones will be glad to know that the Pool area has a complete child safety fence. In addition, all doors leading to the pool are alarmed.

☀☀ King Master Bedroom, Suite #2 (Beauty and Beast themed):
This King Master Suite is located upstairs and has an en-suite bathroom with a tub and toilet. It is complemented by a huge walk-in closet. This bedroom also has a 50" SMART TV with cable. This bedroom has a full-size crib.

This master bedroom is located upstairs and has direct access to a bathroom which is shared with bedroom #4. It has a king bed and a 50” SMART TV with cable.

This bedroom has a Dory theme and is ideal for kids of any age. It has three twin beds (one bunk and one twin). This bedroom has a 50" SMART TV as well. This bedroom has direct access to a bathroom which is shared with bedroom #3.

The 5th bedroom is another modern themed bedroom and has a king twin bed. This bedroom has a flat-screen wall-mounted 50” SMART TV as well.

The 6th bedroom is ideal for boys or girls and has two twin beds to sleep 2 kids in comfort. This bedroom has a flat-screen wall-mounted 50" SMART TV.

The 7th bedroom is ideal for boys and can sleep three kids in twin beds (one bunk and one twin). This bedroom has a 50" 4K-UHD ROKU TV as well.

☀ In addition, we offer a cot (crib) and one pack ‘n play at no additional cost. There is a high chair and a stroller for your use, also at no cost.
☀ The spacious family room leading to a large south-facing pool deck has child safety doors to keep your kids safe. There is a 60" flat-screen TV in the family room for your entertainment.
☀ If you would like to have some quiet time, you can head to the living room to the front of the villa which offers comfortable seating.
☀ Hungry anyone? The fully equipped luxury kitchen with granite countertops makes it a breeze to make some omelets or prep your food for the ultimate BBQ feast on the provided BBQ Grill. “Dory’s Magic” has a well-equipped kitchen that makes food preparation a breeze while you are on vacation. To start off, this kitchen has an oven and a cook-top stove to make special meals of your choice and is complemented by a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave oven, and automatic icemaker. This kitchen is “complete” with dinnerware, silverware, and glassware settings for the entire family (including wine glasses), kitchen towels and oven mitts, knives, and a cutting board. It also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater, Salt, and pepper shakers. There are plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, microwaveable dishes.
☀ Eat in style! The breakfast nook with a large granite countertop offers seating for 6. And in addition, the formal dining area off the living room has seating for 8
☀ Entertainment: There is no end to the entertainment if you are not tired at the end of a long day at the central Florida theme parks. Watch a movie on one of the many SMART TVs as offered in all bedrooms. For even more fun, head to the ultimate entertainment/game room with a slate pool table, and a large SMART TV. This entertainment/games-room is fully air-conditioned (unlike many game rooms that do not have any air-conditioning making it impossible to use them in the Florida heat).

The large covered lanai with infant pool safety fence & alarmed pool doors will let you enjoy the swimming pool & spa area that offers plenty of sun loungers & free gas BBQ Grill. There are also plenty of dining chairs and tables on the pool deck for alfresco dining. We provide pool-safe crockery & drinkware for use around the pool.

Note: Emerald Island Resort mandatory vehicle access passes are can be purchased by guests ahead of arrival or at the clubhouse for a one-time fee of $21.50 ($20 for access pass + $1.50 in taxes at 7.5%) per access pass. You need one access pass per vehicle, with a min of 1 and a max of 6 per reservation.
