Welcome to Laura’s Villa! This bright and airy 2-story townhome is located in the family-friendly Regal Palms Resort, a private, gated community offering a plethora of desirable amenities that will take your vacation to the next level.

The Space:
Situated ideally in Phase 1 of this resort community, during your visit you will absolutely love being only a 2-minute walk away from the exclusive water complex and clubhouse. Between the onsite pool, lazy river, waterslide, hot tub, gym, indoor and outdoor bars, ice cream shop, pool table, arcade, and children’s playground, you may just forget all about the nearby amusement parks! Inside the home, 4 separate bedrooms across the first and second floors offer plenty of space for you and your party to spread out, while the main level houses the living and dining areas.

The living room features two cushy sofas and cable TV, an ideal setting to kick up your feet and relax after a full day in the Florida sun. A generous kitchen with matching white appliances, coffee maker, and toaster provides everything you will need to plan all your meals, whether preparing them yourself or ordering in from one of the many local restaurants. The café table for 2 is a wonderful place for a casual breakfast or cup of coffee. For a more formal setting, the nearby dining room offers seating for 6.

If you’d rather stay outdoors as much as possible, you have multiple options to choose from! Find some peace and quiet on the front porch with café style seating for 2, or lounge on screened in porch or balcony on the first and second floors, each offering seating for 4. With all these features and more, Laura’s Villa is the perfect match for your stay!

This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The room also includes access to the porch.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds and a TV.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The room also includes access to the screened in balcony.

The home also has 2 additional bathrooms – 1 full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and the other a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in unit.
• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles. There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found, even a tiny bit on either the grass or street, please be aware that security will stop to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being tagged, vehicles in violation will be towed.
• All guests must stop by the front desk on Sand Mine Road before going to the unit to get registered and check in.
• All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.
Note: If you made your reservation on or after July 15, your resort fee has already been included in the total. Guests who booked prior to July 15 will still need to pay the resort fee upon arrival.
• This unit is eligible for a max of 10 guest wristbands, which are required for amenity access and up to 2 parking permits, received at check-in.
• Please note that this home is equipped with 1 exterior security camera, monitoring the front entrance.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Outside of the Regal Palms Resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.

The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (14 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (18 miles)!
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
